We're getting conflicting reports -- some guy at Cravings last night tells us Britney and Criss' meeting was by chance, while X17 insiders are saying it was planned all along. And why?
Well Criss is from Vegas and the MTV Video Music Awards are in Las Vegas on September 9 -- that's right, people, Britney's preparing for her big comeback performance at the awards show -- maybe with a magical element from Criss?
