I have to say, what happens when you work out after a long time is that your waist narrows, you lose surface area, which causes all the fat that used to be distributed across your formerly wide torso to collect right in the belly. This belly then becomes the hardest part to work off.

But there are women who are bipolar who get pregnant and take meds but are heavily monitored by their dr. Still there are side effects w/ the baby albeit minimal. This is the longest "pregnancy" ever! No, she is just experiencing the gain from meds. I was 123 when I started taking a low dose of antidepressants in November and now I am 131 and it's all in the belly. I work out 7 days a week and eat under 1200 calories a day. It happens. I don't look like THAT but she was chunkier and bigger to start with.
