In Case You Missed It ...

In case you missed it, Britney and Kevin were in court yesterday and there was LOTS of media chaos outside the downtown LA courthouse. What happened? Well, Brit got the right to have her kids for 24 hour visitation! Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan was arguing to keep Sean and Jayden from spending the night at mom's house, but Brit was victorious!

She got overnight (eg - 24 hr) visitation back earlier this week, AFTER she gave them a working phone number. Had nothing to do with what went on in court yesterday. She has the SAME visitation she had before she F***** up. We'll all have to wait till Mon or Tue to see what the judge rules with respect to yesterday's proceedings.

As expected Ms. Spears had a very difficult day in Court yesterday.
The reason that she left the Courtroom 3 times was because as she attempted to argue with His Honor, He would have none of it, and continually reminded Ms. Spears that it was her ACTIONS that had brought about her own consequences. This was a constant subject that caused Ms. Spears to break down into tears, requiring her to leave the Court Room to try and regain some composure. It was unsuccessful each time.
The Report was extremely damning of Ms. Spears as a parent. Her erradict behaivor while her children were in her care and custody was WELL DOCUMENTED.
Ms. Spears will NOT be receiving any relief in her request to have additional time with her children, at this time.
Unless Ms. Spears seeks out and receive the necessary psycological care that she obviously needs, nothing will change as it pertains to the care and control of the children.

I agree with 4:23 PM. It's not a problem to go to a club and party now and then. The problem is that Britney has done that for a year now almost everynight while she went more and more out of control and negledted her babies. She was just in court yesterday becase she lost her babies. Now X17 is saying she had her babies last night, but in an eirlier post said she went to a club last night also. This is not a good message to the judge who is going to rule on her at the begining of the week. If she really does love them, then she needs to just stay home for a few days until she gets her babies back. The image she is putting out now is not a good one to the courts and legal system. It just makes it look like she does not care and is back to what she was doing for the last year which IS what took them away in thee first place. Britney please be smart, I'm a big fan of yours and want you to win. Please stay under control at least until you get your babies back and the case has been settled.

Ok... folks... Britney "last week" lost all rights to
see the children when the drug testing could not get ahold of her.
ALL rights to see the children. Then 48 hours later the issue was resolved but she was only allowed
to visit daytime with the Monitor...
That was not given back to her untill yesterday. She has not had the kids
overnight since last week. She had to win that back yesterday.
We will not know the other issues raised and results of the hearing untill Monday or Tuesday and her
lawyer is saying there will be one change and he felt positive
about it. So Britney has likely regained ground. And she
can see the kids overnight once a week again. Clearly she is doing
something right or they could have yanked all rights like they
did last week.

Are you blind? Her driver's side headlight is out. You'll notice two lights on the passenger side and one on the driver's side. That is a headlight.
