A court commissioner said Tuesday he would take under consideration a motion by a magazine and a TV station to unseal documents in the Britney Spears-Kevin Federline divorce case.
"They're appropriate participants in here," Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon said of the request by KNBC-TV and People magazine.

Spears and Federline were not present for the hearing. Gordon scheduled another hearing for Sept. 14 to give their attorneys time to make their case for keeping the documents under seal.

How could she be with them 23.9 hours out of the day and she goes out EVERY night? Even if they are sleeping babies wake up during the night. Noone is saying she should stay in 24/7 either but at least a few nights a week would be nice. That's called being a mother. X17 needs to get out of Britney's a**. Oh and by the way she usually shops or goes out to dinner without the kids before going out at night. Very rarely are their pics of her out with the kids.

I would just like to say that I am a mother of one daughter who was born 11 days before Sean Preston (Sept 2/05) and I give my girl pop sometimes, and chips and candy sometimes...am I a bad mom? Is that a reason to take my kids away from me?? Granted I am a lowly single mom in a never-paparazzi world, but last I checked it wasn't a big deal. I am the same age as Britney with a child the same age (no, I don't have 2). I'm on welfare while my ex makes all the money (no, he has a normal person's job, and probably makes more than K-Fed), and I don't get shit from him! AND, my ex never asks to visit or take our daughter anywhere!! Now that's a deadbeat dad! Britney is lucky that she gets some alone time (50/50 means 3.5 days a week each)...it's not a big deal that she's out some nights...if I had the opportunity and the money, I'd be out too. Think of it this way: Who are you to judge when you have no idea what it's like to be a famous mom, let alone a single mom?

I know for a fact that she is doing the best job she can, because, honestly, I'm in the same boat (except I can't afford to rent or own one :) )
