Britney Spears was snapped arriving at Cafe Havana in Malibu for lunch on Monday, and we have to say, the 31-year-old pop star is quite the dish these days!

Brit has been stepping out quite a bit with her new beau David Lucado, but in between then and taking care of her sons, she's been hitting the gym -- hard! -- and it's totally paying off. (And who doesn't have this problem with strapless maxis?)

On Sunday Brit and David attended the Cirque du Soleil One Drop show in Las Vegas, and she tweeted, "SO WOW!! #1night1drop Watch it online & support #worldwaterday." The night before that, the duo dined at Meatball Spot at Town Square, and they later headed to the Shania Twain show at Caesars Palace. Hmm, will that be Brit's new home? She still hasn't announced where she's doing her long-term concert series...

While Brit is looking smokin' hot these days, we wish she wasn't actually lighting up ... prior to lunch in the 'Bu, she was snapped puffing away on ciggies:

The Grammy winner donned a pink and black dress, and just when we were about to give her some serious style points, we saw her awful brown shoes. Yuck! Her legal intern sweetheart didn't look much better in jeans, a tight vest, and a baseball cap. When you're dating the world's most famous singer, you might want to step up your game, Mr. Lucado!

We haven't seen the mother-of-two this happy in a while, so this new guy must be doing something right!

Britney Spears and new boyfriend David Lucado ventured out this morning to grab some java in Thousand Oaks, and since the pop princess looks like she rolled straight out of bed, we're going to assume these two had a sleepover last night!

Her new romance is doing wonders for her mood, too!

Reports claim that the "Toxic" singer went to a local pharmacy recently, and when she encountered a homeless man begging for money, she went to the ATM and withdrew a $100 bill to give to him!

Her incredibly sweet gesture was misconstrued as a robbery, though, when the homeless man was so overcome with gratitude that he picked her up in a bear hug!

"The store's security guard came running and snatched the money out of the guy's hand, shooing him away. But Britney said, 'No!... No! Give this man his money back! I gave it to him!' she's often seen as a wacky diva, but most times her heart's in the right place," a source explains.

What a Southern sweetheart!

Speaking of the South, guess what Brit Brit picked up for lunch? KFC fried chicken!

After stopping by Starbucks for a frappuccino, Britney Spears went to watch sons Jayden James and Sean Preston's soccer game in Calabasas on Sunday. Looks like she has at least one mini David Beckham on her hands ... so cute!

Britney showed off her tanned and slimmed down figure in a tank top and denim shorts, and she was joined by her brother Bryan, dad Jamie, ex-hubby Kevin Federline, Victoria Prince and their daughter Jordan. However, noticeably absent was Brit's new beau David Lucado. Too soon to hang out with the whole fam?

A day after Britney hit the links with new boyfriend David Lucato, she shopped for interior decor with her man ... hmmm, time to nest?

If her new boy is giving input on home design, could he also be preparing to move in?

Since Brit broke up with fiance Jason Trawick, she's been smiley and happy and is getting out of the house more. Trawick negotiated her X Factor deal and, supposedly, booked a residency for her at a Vegas resort, though that gig has yet to be confirmed.

Maybe Queen B's doing things her OWN way now? By the look on her face, we think she's back in charge of her life and happy about it!

Apparently Britney wore the same outfit the day before while out with David and sons Jayden James and Sean Preston, but her new beau wore a longsleeve maroon tee and grey pants, rather than a short sleeve top and shorts. Are Brit and her new boo trying to throw us off?

The two have been dating since February, and even though it's an odd pairing, she seems quite happy with him. We're told Brit met the legal assistant through friends, and a source tells E! News he's "typical Southern fratty."

She never stays single for long!

Britney Spears must have been feeling pale this morning, because the pop star indulged in an early morning tanning salon session... and brought her new boyfriend to the booth with her!

The mother-of-two has been quietly dating David Lucado since her split from fiance Jason Trawick back in January, and it seems the new romance is going strong! He has been described by sources as "the exact opposite of a Hollywood guy - meek, humble, and totally down-to-earth."

He might be a nice guy, but Brit Brit might want to watch her pocket book!

According to reports, the 27-year-old legal intern is in some pretty serious debt. According to the Daily Star, the Atlanta native owes more than $27,000 in backed taxes and has been added to a public list of shame made by L.A. authorities in an effort to embarrass individuals into paying Uncle Sam.
