Are wedding bells finally ringing for Britney Spears and Jason Trawick?
Britney's BF spent Monday afternoon at the Mouawad high-end jewelry showroom in Los Angeles. A source tells X17online that Jason, 39, was spotted chatting with jeweler Pascal Mouaward around 1 p.m. They spent an hour talking about engagement rings for Britney, 29.
"They discussed diamonds from the Mouawad private collection. It's Jason's first visit with Pascal," the source tells X17online exclusively.
It looks like Brit is headed to the altar again -- congrats, Queen B!!!
Britney married her backup dancer Kevin Federline in October 2004 and filed for divorce in August 2006 after giving birth to two sons with Federline - Sean Preston and Jayden James, both of whom celebrate birthdays this week.
Federline has since fathered a child with girlfriend Victoria Prince, who gave birth to a baby girl, Jordan, in August. Kevin has a daughter and son from a previous relationship with Shar Jackson.

Britney isn't allowed to make that decision. If he wants to marry Britney, he has to ask the court. Personally, I find it hard to accept the notion that both can coexist. If Britney is allowed to get married (which, technically, she still is) then the conservatorship should be voided immidately. That's is not how the law works. From a common sense perspective, however, that is exactly how the law SHOULD work. Yes, Britney can get married, but she cannot make that decision. The conservatorship must make it for her.

I am not a huge Britney follower, but all in all I think he's good for her. He seems to be grounded, and keeps her so in the process. I do have to agree with the 9:30 post about the legalities about her being able to enter into a marriage without some sort of approval from her father since he holds the conservatorship.
