Yes, it's good to see her looking and behaving like an adult...But I'm having a hard time giving Jamie kudos the way I was a year ago. If this girl had got some actual parenting while she was growing up, she might have had half a chance at being normal as an adult.

I know we can't all go around blaming our behavior as adults on the way we were raised while we were children but...in this case, it looks to me like the apple didn't fall far from the tree. I'm not talking about doing something in a "legal" sense - I'm talking about doing something in a "parenting" sense. It sounds to me like she was left to parent herself from a very young age. Felicia appears to have been a "substitute" parent for her for a number of years. How sad that her parenting was coming from the paid help.

And I agree 100% about the "kudos" to Jamie lasting until the tour talk started. I would've liked to have seen her acting like an adult on her OWN before she went back to work. Otherwise, what good has the conservatorship REALLY done?
