Kaplan: "Trial Averted"

Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, just addressed the media outside of the courthouse on the new custody agreement between Britney and Kevin.
In what he dubbed one of the "most anti-climatic moments of your [the journalists'] professional life", Kaplan confirmed that "there's an agreement," the terms of which he wouldn't disclose because at the moment it's a "private agreement" which must "be converted into a legal document with the court," before it can be a final order.
But Kaplan confirmed that "a trial has been averted."
"This has been a long ordeal, and to have that over is extremely rewarding," Kaplan told the press.
"Any settlement requires some movement. The beauty of resolving things by agreement is you take all the chance out of the defined result," Kaplan explained, and can "avoid the economic and emotional cost that comes with any custody case."
We sincerely hope all parties concerned are happy with the outcome!

Great man! He took those cute little babies away from that horrible mother that would have ended up killing them. Now they will be safe and have a real chance in life!

I have to agree. Britney would have ended up hurting them real bad and raising them in a real bad and dangerous environment. Now they can grow up without all the pussy flashing, all the paps around, dangerous car rides, heavy drugs like extacy and heavy booze, by a mother that does not want them, and would not even show up in court to fight for them. She missed out on almost all the court dates she could have gone to. She is now under a consdrvatorship at the age of 26. And she is insane. She would have ended up hurtint them way worse then she already had. Kevin is by far the better parent. He deserves all the money he can get from Britney since she is an awful worthless monther and human being. She never wanted them anyway. She lest them go and does not even try to take care of them or fight for them, but she has all the time in the world to "work" on her "big comeback" by doing videos for Madonna, TV spots, and is now working all summer on her "new CD". But does not have time for her babies to get back sole custody of them or at least 50/50. She is a disgrace as a mother and a huuman being. She does not deserve any kind of comeback or pop star career at all. She needs to just go away for the rest of her life!
Britney just keeps losing the kids more and more as time goes on. She just does not want them. She wants to be famous and have the whole world buy her CD's so she can feel important. What a gross and selfish being she is. Hope she never gets them back, they deserve a way better mother then she could ever be.

I Agree with the aove post , In fact , both(kfe & Kaplan) are receiving a much larger payout than expected. I do Not understand Why Kfed attorney's Kaplan is getting paid from Britney ?
If I were Brit, I'd never get on the internet. I wonder if she ever reads these blogs about her. You know she has to be tempted to every now and then. If she does- damn. She gets some support, but she also gets a lot of hate. I'd be depressed if I were her reading these blogs.
On another note though, these celebrities are WAY over paid for what they actually do. What we value as a country is really messed up. WE make these people rich and powerful. WE really have our priorities mixed up. So, I don't feel too sorry for the fact that they have to deal with paps and negitivity from people when they screw up. They are more than compensated for their trouble. If they don't like it- oh well. That's the way I see it. They can always retire and get out of the public eye if they chose.

Brit is mental and will probably never regain full custody since her poor mental state is permanent. Her dad will probably run her estate permanently and he will also keep her working and earnign money so he and Kev can continue to get pain, sad.
