Like everyone else, I think it's ridiculous that X17 is still trying to put a good spin on things for Britney. Britney Spears Given New Custody Restrictions


Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were back in court again on Monday afternoon.

According to the Associated Press, Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, and Spears' new attorney Sorrell Trope, met in private to “refine” the judge’s order last week that maintains the pair’s current 50/50 custody agreement, but requires Spears to undergo bi-weekly drug and alcohol tests, as well parenting classes.

Spears attorney also confirmed that judge Scott Gordon has signed the order which puts the discussed boundaries into force.

The “refined” agreement comes just days after the Toxic star had misdemeanour hit-and-run charges filed against her by the L.A. city attorney.

According to Kaplan the charges filed against the 25-year-old should not interfere with scheduled November 26 hearing where K-Fed is seeking to increase his custody time with the pair’s two sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
