1. We don't know for sure that she actually harmed Jayden. It's quite possible that he was afraid of all the flashing lights and EMS doing what they had to do. He may have just went to the hospital because he was hysterical. Charges can be brought on a parent or responsible party simply for being under the influence of anything around their children. I am not saying that she didn't hurt him but it's is possible.

2. You cannot force a person to seek medical treatment when they are adults. I have said that I believe Britney may be suffering from some form of mental illness but with people in that type of mental state, there is no possible way to reason with them or make them see there is something wrong. Unfortunately, a lot of times, it takes an incident like this to make them get the help they need.

I am not enabling Britney or making excuses for her. I am simply saying that everyone is acting like they know something about her situation but that is absolutely impossible unless you are educated and certified to be able to diagnosis these type of things.

5:01, in many situations, if things are volatile between the parents, in order to keep the "peace", sometimes another family member, or for those of us with millions of dollars in disposable income, we send a rep/bodyguard or whoever is appropriate and approved. Even some pick ups/drop offs between divorced parents are done in public places per court order so a transition can be supervised or smooth.

If she was concerned about all the people taking photos of her decline, then she should have stayed home, worked on HERSELF and her relationship with her kids instead of driving around laughing her ass off without her children, sleeping with random strangers and spending every DAY of her miserable life out "enjoying" time without her children. Without my children (which would never happen because I'm a responsible, caring mom) I wouldn't be able to breathe let alone PARTY. Britney needs to stay right where she is AND far away from the kids.

Britney was under the influence of an "unknown substance" when police arrived, according to the news on TV. She refused to turn the boys over to Kevin's bodyguard as she was SUPPOSE to do. She attacked him. She was taken away in HANDCUFFS !!!! And you people feel bad for her STILL ??? She is an abusive drug addict !!! What does your pea size brain not comprehend ??

long ago, i worked a program geared towards substance abusing pregnant women...

when you scratched the surface you realized that the 'substance abuse' was not the 'problem' as much as their COPING MECHANISMS to their 'REAL' problems which ran the spectrum...

some of these women even had known sex offenders living w/them & their kids... anyway, long story short, it's REALLY HARD to take a parent's child away from them.

i don't think the judge was catering to her at all. maybe the judge was just giving her enough ROPE to hang herself with, you know?

Britney either:

#1: ‘TOOK DRUGS’ in the presence of her children - thus willfully endangering them... or

#2: had an old fashioned 'PSYCHOTIC BREAK' in the presence of her children... & since she had to know she had some screws coming loose for years now - that in my book is also willfully endangering them... or

#3: a ‘COMBINATION’ of both #1 & #2.


hmmmnnn… I wonder ‘WHY’ Britney didn't seek the appropriate psychiatric/medical intervention she so desperately needed a loooong time ago...? perhaps her ‘delay’ in seeking treatment can be partially attributed to all of those ENABLING ‘FANS’ who scream – “BRITNEEEY!!
