2:36 Apparently everyone EXCEPT Britney since she continued to contact Lutfi and Ghalib until last month. Her father was forced to get a restraining orders against them and change her phone numbers. Imagine what it was like for her children to have these two animals touching them.

I feel bad for her kids. I mean, I'm glad Britney has tried now to try and fix things. What I'm happy about is the fact that they are this young. They will most likely not have the best memory of this whole ordeal. I would hate if they were older and this all happened.

"TMZ is reporting that Adnan Ghalib is under investigation for Felony assault with a deadly weapon with that weapon being his vehicle. Apparently, Adnan ran over a process server yesterday morning at an Encino apartment as he tried to serve Adnan papers for the Temporary Restraining Order that’s been issued against him by Britney Spears father/conservator, Jaime Spears. Adnan allegedly fled the scene and the process server called cops who upon arrival, noticed the server had cuts and scratches but still refused treatment.

First off, let me start out with how impressed I am with how TMZ has been the first to break just about any and all sensational Britney news lately. It’s good to see that Harvey’s still got friends in high places.

Now let me get to this alleged process server. I’ve learned from witnesses that the process server is in fact not just a process server but a private investigator hired by the Spears camp. Also, there was an entire team of private investigators on scene, with video cameras running. Residents of the complex also tell me that there has been a constant, around the clock presence of shady characters in and around the comlex for months, leaving the residents feeling uncomfortable since they had not identified themselves or explained their presence.

Why would an entire team of hired muscle be needed to serve papers for something that’s pretty much been in effect since Jaime’s put Britney on lock down months ago. Britney’s lack of phone, internet or friends pretty much make a TRO moot. But still, I doubt Adnan would deny being served any legal documents, after all, having nothing to hide, why would he fear being served? We’ve all seen the TRO papers, and they read more like a ‘pork belly’ legal bill than anything. I read through those pages, reading Sam Lutfi’s name over and over again, then hidden away in the very expensive words is Adnan’s name once or twice.

What I’m also having trouble understanding is that it had been reported that Adnan had already been served as he was allegedly ‘half naked.’ So why would he need to be served again? Of course, we reported that he had not been served, but it should just go to show how the Conservatorship is using the media to plant false, character assassinating stories about Adnan.

Overall, Britney could save herself from any more breakdowns if she did what's necessary: leaving Hollywood. If she left Hollywood, moved to Louisiana for a bit, and tried to fix herself up even more, she's be so much healthier and so much better.

Thank you 5:50. I want to show people on here that her fans aren't nessarily the biggest idiots in the world, although the majority that I have seen and heard of really are. I semi-agree with your reply though. I support her music when I buy an album. That's just my opinion though. Like, when I bought Blackout, I thought she was utter trash. but I bought the album because I wanted to see if she still had it in her. And she really didn't. It was like if T-Pain could kind of sing, that would be Blackout. With Circus, I got it because I wanted to see if Britney could come up with a comeback. Did she? I agree with a lot of you on here. I agree that the problems she had and still has were created by Britney herself. The only thing I don't agree with is the deal with her kids. I feel so sorry for her kids. But at the same time, I would much rather see them with their actual mother, than with Victoria. I'm sure Victoria would be a great mom. But wouldn't that be terrible if the kids never got to get to really have their mother? I think Britney needs to reconnect with them. She doesn't need to be pictured with them, she doesn't need to get them expensive gifts. She needs to show them and them only that she cares about them. If she doesn't, than those kids don't deserve to be around her. Plain and simple.

I don’t feel sorry for the children. They are happy, healthy and living with their biological father. If Kevin marries Victoria she will be a loving stepmother. I also remember reading somewhere that he deleted all of her contact #s in her phone because of this problem quite sometime ago. Of course being both a back stabber and still self destructive, she found ways around that. The TRO sounded like a last exasperated gasp after all other avenues of common sense were found to be completely ineffective. And now because of their alignment together it's a 2 for 1 deal. This is the thing that confuses me the most. Sam and Adnan claimed to have her best interests at heart, right? Although that was untrue, lets say it was. If they did, don't you think they would have tried to help her out in the slightest way? I'm not gonna say britney did drugs, cause I have never heard her or anyone around her say that. But, I do believe she was an alcoholic. Jamie battled his addiction for years, so that comes from genes. She'd be 10x more likely to drink. What I hate the most is that Britney didn't take responsibility. If she had said "I did all of this stuff. I may have had bad people in my life, but I made all of my choices" than maybe she would have been looked at in a different way. And another I don't like is how much money Britney pays Jamie. Actually, I take that back. Yes, I understand that Britney was called a drug user and an alcoholic, and I'm not saying thats true. While that trial was going on, I'm sure Britney was abusing perscription drugs and alcohol. But this was the point I was trying to make:

Other former members of her staff were subpoenaed and testified. Two of her former nanny’s gave interviews and said she was abusing alcohol and drugs.

Of course the entire court drama was sealed, but still the F and H stuff still managed to come out. Even they couldn't hide that, nor did they fight it. The custody case has ended. Kevin has sole physical and legal custody of his sons, she has monitored visitation. It doesn’t matter if it was mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse or a combination of things. She neglected her children, exposed them to Sam Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib and the paparazzi and she drove recklessly with them in the car. She is an unfit mother under a permanent conservatorship.
