Because Britney Spears' reality isn't batshit enough, the pop star wants you (and by you, we mean the segment of the population that still maintains Angelfire webpages) to write some "creative" fan fiction all about her awesome self.

It's all part of a contest recently announced via the pop star's official website. The "most creative" fan fiction will reportedly be used as the treatment for a new "official Britney Spears digital music video."

We can only assume that either Britney's never bothered to Google her own name before or that she's got some seriously sadistic members of her promotional team. (Seriously, there's a reason why pop stars shouldn't read their own fan fic. Thank jebus Roy Orbison is no longer with us to see this.)
