Report: Britney Spears Signs X Factor Deal For $15 Million

It's official! Britney Spears will join Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid as a judge on The X Factor!
According to E!, Spears finally inked her deal to be on the show after months of speculation. The singer is expected to make $15 million for a season's worth of work. It's been reported that she agreed to the deal weeks ago but has been working on the fine print.
"The contract is signed," a source close to the star told the publication. "There's been a lot of back and forth over the past few weeks as they negotiated the small details, but she's on. It's all completed and Britney is beyond excited."
The news come after Cowell fired judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger and host Steve Jones after the show's first season.
This will be Britney's first network TV appearance since her reality series Britney & Kevin: Chaotic with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
