The person in her camp who admits that Britney has a drug problem will be the one who truly wants to save her.

Until she acknowledges her real problem she will never get better.

No one should condemn her for being addicted to drugs. Drugs, especially those like meth and adderall, are extremely addictive. She is not the first person to be an addict and won't be the last. We are all flawed human beings. If she admits her problem and takes steps to gain sobriety, she deserves full support.

I've been out cruising the other sites; everyone else is probably catching up on their sleep. We're ahead of you in the time zones. (yawn)

Way back when the custody issue thing first started, the main focus was on drugs. There was a huge push to get her tested on a regular basis, which eventually happened.

I kept saying at the time that the biggest concern would be if it Wasn't drugs (ie: she had mental issues). That was out of concern for the children. Needless to say, her fans chewed me out for even breathing the words that their idol was mentally ill. They didn't get it.

But over time I've come to realize that it's a combination of things with her. Drugs, illness, poor diet - and a serious case of spoiled diva. Now unless this spoiled diva can get a grip & begin maturing, the other three problems don't stand a chance of a permanent cure. She's got to want this, or it won't work.

Don't beat yourself up over dark humor. It's nothing more than a coping mechanism. God knows we have good hearts, even if we can be sick puppies sometimes. :)

Here's the latest, based on my sources both inside ''Camp Britney'' and at UCLA Medical Center:

• uAmong the things that led Spears' shrink to insist on the entertainer's immediate hospitalization early Thursday was she was suffering severe abdominal pains, which were brought on by either real or imagined reactions to the medications prescribed to help with her bipolar disease, and possibly that ''she had been taking laxative tablets like they were Life Savers, more than a dozen a day,'' said a Spears insider.

• uIn addition, Nadel was concerned by physical evidence Spears had been ''cutting herself'' -- both on her arms and legs. She also reportedly had marks on her feet that indicated she had stabbed herself repeatedly with a pencil.

Severe abdominal pains and evidence that Britney Spears had been "cutting herself" led her psychiatrist Dr. Deborah Nadel to seek hospital treatment for the troubled pop singer.

Here's the latest, based on my sources both inside ''Camp Britney'' and at UCLA Medical Center:

• uAmong the things that led Spears' shrink to insist on the entertainer's immediate hospitalization early Thursday was she was suffering severe abdominal pains, which were brought on by either real or imagined reactions to the medications prescribed to help with her bipolar disease, and possibly that ''she had been taking laxative tablets like they were Life Savers, more than a dozen a day,'' said a Spears insider.

• uIn addition, Nadel was concerned by physical evidence Spears had been ''cutting herself'' -- both on her arms and legs. She also reportedly had marks on her feet that indicated she had stabbed herself repeatedly with a pencil.

• uThe battle for control of Spears' trust continues among Lynne and Jamie Spears, Sam Lufti (the man she told an admitting nurse at UCLA Medical Center was her ''personal soul mate'') and on-again, off-again beau Adnan Ghalib. ''She is so clearly bipolar,'' said a longtime assistant. ''One moment she's crying and begging her mother for help ... the next she's screaming profanities at her. I've "trashed" Britney a lot and don't regret a word. If she had listened to the haters a long time ago she might already be clean and sober by now--and back with her children. If anyone should feel ashamed, it is her enablers.

When she lost her kids, I called her an unfit mother...her enablers called her a great mom and even staged a rally holding signs that said "Give Britney Her Children Back." When she flashed her vagina over and over, I called her a skank who doesn't care that her kids will someday see these pics...her enablers said it's all the paps' fault. When she staged photo ops and spent her nights driving to gas stations after calling them in advance, I called her an attention whore...her enablers blamed only the paps and the media. When she stumbled around drunk and high and got banned from LA bars, I called her a messy drunk and a drug addict...her enablers said everyone is entitled to have fun. When she wore the same jeans and boots for weeks and looked like she hadn't bathed for months I called her a filty pig...her enablers said she looked beautiful and classy.

Until recently her enablers wouldn't even admit she is mentally ill, she was just a free spirit doing her thing and she rocked for being so real. Even now some of them won't admit she's a drug addict.

You don't help people with problems by telling them everything is OK. Britney is so stubborn, selfish and such a hard-core addict that she needed to be told the cold hard reality in the most severe terms--if not for her sake, then for young people who might be reading these blogs so they know that what she was doing is unacceptable and not something to emulate. If you see an out-of-control car driving into a crowd of school children, you don't say "You're driving fine, you keep going, girl!" You scream at the stop of your lungs "PUT ON THE BRAKES MOTHERFUCKER!!"

Britney made her own choices in all of this, despite her drug abuse and any mental illness she might have. She is the one who defiantly shut her mom out of her life, in a staged photo op right front of the paps. She is the one who chose drugs over her children. She surrounded herself with scam artists like Sam Lufti, who conspired with her and controlled her with crystal meth, pills, blackmail and mind games. But now that she is locked up, which the haters have suggested for a long time now, I hope she takes advantage of this opportunity to get better and wish her the best.

Unfortunately I am not at all confident this intervention will work, they have tried in the past and failed miserably. But I hope it does, and I hope there is still a shred of humanity somewhere inside the evil monster she has become. Sadly part of me says she's too selfish, too twisted and too far gone. Part of me says this is just how she is.

Have security escort his leeching ass out if he shows up at the hospital. Guaranteed if he continues to be in her life she is going to continue to have an enabler to get her right back into her old ways. It isnt really shocking that patients cannot have visitors after 4 pm..I guess you think because its Britney the rules should not apply to her. That attitude has not served her well.
