Sam Lutfi's Lawsuit Against Britney Spears Dismissed

After six days of testimony, a judge declared that Sam Lutfi's lawsuit against Britney Spears and her family be dismissed.
"I really thought long and hard," Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Suzanne Brugera said in announcing her decision on Thursday. "So the motions are granted...as to all the defendants and all the causes of action. That is the right thing to do, so I am going to do it."
The one-time associate of the famous pop star sued her and her family for unpaid fees, alleged assault and defamation for Lynne Spears' 2008 book.
Despite his defeat, Lutfi was seen telling reporters outside the courtroom he plans to appeal the ruling.
