"Secret Witness" Tony Makes Some Not-So-Credible Allegations

Brit's former bodyguard - whom we ID'd as Tony Barretto - made some pretty severe statements in the Brit/K-Fed custody war today. Attorney Gloria Allred released the following information in a statement:
"Tony was employed by Spears from the time she left rehab until May 17, 2007. He was in her home on a full-time basis, drove her to appointments, and observed her behavior inside of her home, outside of her home, and around her children. During that time, he became very concerned about the children and their safety.Though he was reluctant to come forward and become embroiled in her cutody dispute, he did so because of his concern about the safetly and well-being of the children. He's a father of young children himself.
We appeared with our client this morning, who was prepared to testify and be cross-examined under oath, on his declaration which was filed with the court and was received as evidence in this case. We are shocked that Ms. Spears' attorneys chose not to cross-examine our client as to the substance of his declaration. Our client was prepared to testify on issues of nudity by Ms. Spears, drug use, and safety issues involving the children post-rehab. Neither the court nor Ms. Spears' attorneys chose to examine our client from the witness stand, regarding the particulars of his highly-explosive and relevant declaration; it stands unrefulted and unchallenged."
As X17 has previously reported, an X17 source says that Tony is not a credible witness, and Brit is not worried.

Look I'm not on either side here, but there are 4 or 5 stories out there and they are all different. This guy's declaration still goes into evidence, even though he wasn't cross examined. They probably didn't want to touch him without knowing what all he knew, so I wouldn't dismiss it so quickly.

If this Tony were important, K-fed would have already subpoenaed him, as he has done to nearly everybody else around Britney. Allred is just so furious that the court nor attorneys let her client get on the stand and continue her attempt at grabbing the Britney spotlight.
The court has the information. If they felt it was significant, they would have acted on it today. They did not, so it's not important or believable in the eyes of the judge.

You don't need to acknowledge someone who is not credible if he is not introduced into court. Only a written statement was given to the judge, who looked at it, thanked Allred, and then filed it away. He took no action on it because the judge did not think whatever was in the statement warranted any action. If the judge had thought it was important, he would have questioned the witness himself, and then Spears' lawyers might have talked to him, too. However, no one acknowledged this witness, and Allred is seeing RED now. Her little game didn't work.
