Adding another Britney employee to Kevin's long list of witnesses in the battle for custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James, Britney's briefest assistant, Shannon Funk, was served a subpoena upon her return from New York last night at the Long Beach airport. Reportedly in the Big Apple to "tell-all" to OK! Magazine, Shannon was remarkably closed-mouthed when we asked her about her visit to New York, her confidentiality agreement with Britney and how she felt about getting served.

I really hope that Brit is crapping her pants right now. With every one being called to serve to testify, they should be able to build a real good case against Brit that she doesn't deserve to have the boys.
