There were other pictures taken that day where she had other, more normal expressions on her face. Just shows you how these photographers try to shape the news, not report it. As a parent myself, I would rather my child hate me for forcing inpatient medical care upon them, than to have to live with knowing I made the decision to release her from a hospital too soon & a tragedy happened shortly after!

I can't wait till she's released. I miss all the gossip on her doing crazy shit. It's pure entertainment. And it's so juicy. If I were a pap, I'd get myself committed so I could sneak in there and take pics of her strapped to a bed and make lots of money off of the pictures. Then I'd manipulate her by befriending her so she confides in me while she's hospitalized. The parents have no part in the decision for her to stay, that is completely and totally up to the physicians in the hospital. X17 has no real information, so they make things up, just to have a new story at the top of the page.

First and foremost is that any foreign photographers who are here working under a working visa sponsored by an agency should be under a different rule or guidlines. They are for the most part the biggest group in the business. more than 50% are foreign photogs with or without papaers. X17 has horded over 3 dozen illegal Brazilians working all over Los Angeles with a group of a dozen Brazillians on a 24 hour stake. With the help of Sam Lutfi these agressive foreign photogs create dangerous situations on the street trying to seal an exclusive by agressive tactics by forcing rival photogs off the road or having their team completely seal the road by creating a road block so no other paps can follow when britney comes out. Since they are paying big bucks to Sam Lutfi for the info regarding what Britney will be doing, They feel that the other photogs on a stake out should not get any photos because they feel that they are leeching off of them. Thats how arrogant these illegals are. Oh, can we also have the INS check them for frodulent marriages. The Navarre's consider the Brazillians their bread and butter setting them up with people to marry to gain a green card. This is big money all around.

So agian. there should be heavy penalties for foreign photographers. Before they came you rarely hear about the L.A. Paparazzi. los Angeles is infamous for paparazzi's taking pictures without being detected. Until the Navarre's flooded the industry with valet, waiters and hotel workers and handed them cameras. its only an opinion on who people blame, whether be her parents, the paps, sam, adnan, now alli, last night paris hilton, and we can all have our opinions. that is why we are here right? I feel it's a mixture of everyone and everything involved b/c it was not handled right from the very beginning. Email, phone calls, bank activities and text messages are being looked at from Britneys phones and the ones that she is paying the bills on, as well as all of her other accounts. Documents are being subpoenaed from Trope lawyers and I hear a letter to the State Bar of California regarding the Trope conduct with Lufti is at issue. Keep in mind, Lufti and the Trope lawyers said she was mentally ill , but very recently allowed her to sign over certain right knowing this without getting a judge or commish to make the decision. Trope could be in trouble too.

This just in, I heard from a clerk at UCLA hospital that Brit is in a complete fit. She's screaming out at everyone and demands to be set free. The staff is trying to restrain her but she is throwing chairs and screaming "Do you know who I am!! Do you know who I fucking am!! Etc. etc. Her parents aren't allowed in as they are trying to contain the situation. There's talk they will have to keep her in restraints for the near future.
