I can't say I like what Britney has done with herself in the past. However, she has two kids - so I'm rooting for her to get her act together.
I'm always on the side of the children. I absolutely LOVE kids! And these kids didn't ask to be born into the craziness that surrounds Britney's life! I hope they'll be able to grow up in "relative normalcy" and be healthy and happy. *crosses fingers*

I have to agree somewhat with 5:03 Sometimes Britney still looks unstable to me. She never seems to be happy in the presence of her parents; her body language when she's with them is not positive. She always looks either annoyed, defiant, or sad for the most part these days. I think its going to be a slow and hopefully uphill battle for Britney. Whether she can pull herself together and overcome whatever her issues may be, Kevin deserves primary custody of those children.

Kevin doesn't HAVE to deal with Jamie at all, he CHOSES to for the good of the boys. There are no conservatorship powers that Jamie holds which relate to Kevin. After all, it was his decision to let Britney see the kids. Kevin, Jamie and the lawyers came to an agreement which the judge signed off on. If it wasn't for Kevin, Britney probably wouldn't be seeing these kids at all.

The judge does have to approve changes agreed upon by the parties, like Britney seeing the kids now. This whole being outside with the kids does confuse me a bit though. The visitation was supposed to take place in one room of her house, with Jamie, Kevin's bodyguard, psychiatrist and court monitor present. I wonder if the judge signed off on something different recently or if Jamie and Britney just decided to take the kids for a walk.

We don't know what goes on behind closed doors when she is with the boys. Sean Preston is older and maybe he doesn't like to be held as much. Some kids like to be held all the time, and some not so much. You do not know how much affection she gives him when you only see a fraction of the time she is spending with them. Not to mention, you also don't know if maybe he doesn't feel comfortable with his mom holding him yet. They did go through some negative things, and who knows what impact that had on him especially since he's older. The younger the child the easier it is for them to forget, and if this is the case for Jayden then maybe he is completely content with his mommy holding him. You do not know the whole story, you are just speculating, and negative speculation at that because of Brit's past and due to your hatred for her.
Why is she outside with the kids, daddy and only the monitor? Isn't she supposed to be inside with a couple other people? Can't imagine the judge said okay to this. Would think we would have seen a copy of the order by now if he did.

Kira, as a matter of fact I know EXACTLY what it is like to live with someone that wont take their meds. My brother is bipolar. I know how dangerous those meds are and I would never crush them. I have on many occasions had to take him to the hospital and have him 5150'd. Eventually he began to understand his illness and takes his meds and is doing well. It was a long hard battle for our family but he did get better. I am praying that Brit and her family have the same success.

I would accept your theory if Sam didn't have the suspicious past (previous restraining orders). We are all entitled to make mistakes, but when there is a history of trying to control others, its difficult not to suspect a pattern. But thats just my opinion.

Mystical here. I am overjoyed to see these photos. Words are empty actions speak volumes. This is exactly as my guides had shown me. She is awake, healing and basking in the LOVE and unconditional support from family. Bless her heart. She has courage beyond belief to face this in the public eye but god speed to her for family healing. There is not other bond stronger than mother and child. Sam you should know this too. She has been humbled and focused solely on healing. It shows in all the photos. Sure who would not be a little uncomfortable living with your parents after leaving the nest - BUT she is facing the music and makign the best. I feel she is actually over the moon to have people she can trust (family) to love her back to health without judgement. Shit happens and her folks are behind her. She's been through the ringer - having come out of a nightmare with Sam written all over it. She is learning to trust again.. to begin with her family and most importantly herself!!! Sam if you think she'll show up in court for you tomorrow you are sorely mistaken. She knows what you did to her and will NEVER forgive you! I agree that you can't believe everything that the media puts forth as fact. If I was all that interested, I could pay less than $5 to LA county and see what restraining orders he has against him. However, I am not that interested because when it comes right down to it, it does not impact my life other than a casual curiosity. I used to enjoy the occasional debate here, but with all the back and forth bickering, name calling, etc I found I was no longer amused and felt like my free time was spent watching the terrible twos. Or 5-7-5. 5 consonants would be 5 syllables ( I would do haiku). Look it up on the net. It sounds simple and is, but it can be subtle and cool to do! Anon 4:15? As one of Jglad's obvious followers you feel a need to defend whoever Jglad is, I wasn't posting to Jglad, but on something someone ELSE wrote and applauded them for what they had to say.
Jglad seems to always say stuff inferring we "pick on jglad" but the truth is, Jglad starts it by posting insults to anyone who says anything postitive about the article.
Now, that being said, I ignore ignorance, (i.e. Jglad's posts) and comment on what I agree with...much like you do with your leader of insults.
I apprecieate your reply to my post, but I think you didn't get the meaning, instead, interpreted it to meet your own mindset.

Normally I'd be the first one to point out the bad things when it comes to her but seriously her dad pushing that stroller means nothing. She could have been pushing it before he did, and if not it still isn't a bad thing. I'm having my third child and my husband is usually the one pushing the double stroller. A single stroller is easy to push but depending on the weight of the kids some double strollers take a lot of strength to push for more then a few minutes at a time.

i don't think it's necessarily a 'BAD' thing that she isn't/didn't push the stroller either...
it's HER WALKING 2 FEET AHEAD THAT BOTHERS ME!! it is HER LACK OF INTERACTION w/her kids that caught my eye! if DAD's pushing the stroller, that 'FREES' her up to 'ENGAGE the kids... something I have only seen her do in one photograph to date!
