This is definitely not true and if it is, her label is making a huge mistake. If they were smart, they would have made "Radar" the third single off of "Blackout" rather than "Break the ice". Fans do not want "Radar" as a single, the track will be two years old by the end of this year. We've all heard it hundreds of times. They need to choose either "Out from Under" or "Kill the Lights", both tracks would be huge hits.

"Mannequin" would not be a safe choice, the track is not that radio friendly.
