Jamie is trying to keep his cash cow under control. Everyone knows Britney wants out of this conservatorship. She has said she feels like a prisoner. It is also quite possible that Britney did not want that restraining order on them since she felt they were her friends. We all know they are not, but Britney still feels that at least with Adnan she had more freedom then she does with her father. Jamie is the one that got these restraining orders, not her, since Britney probably wanted to see Adnan. There have been reports over the months that she still wants to see Adnan and has even snuck out to see him. I doubt she has suddenly changed her mind about him. It is far more likely that Jamie knows and he is trying to stop her from seeing him. We all know Adnan is scum, but Britney has never been that bright about the men she sees.

Britney is going to lose it more and more until she has another major breakdown soon from everyone controlling her whole life. She can't even breathe. Britney will probably rebel by messing up the tour and making it fail. Britney is NOT bipolar. There is no legal evidence or documentation to prove that at all. NO documentation has ever been released or come out that proves that at all.

Britney Spears' dad Jamie has officially been handed legal and permanent conservatorship over the singer's estate and personal affairs almost a year after he was first put in charge of his daughter's affairs.

I think it is assumed since Britney has her father handling her affairs that the restraining order was filed on her behalf. No need to get your tights in a wad over semantics. He does have to offer reasons for the requests in order for the judge to agree to them. If Britney was mentally able to take care of herself, her Dad wouldn't have a conservatorship.

I read the legal documents (Sam is only 5'7" lol) and it is clear that Sam is trying to blackmail the Spears'. Nope, you must say that you are suicidal or a danger to self or they can't do anything about it. This is s basic, well known fact concerning this matter in mental health spheres. Her mom can say whatever she wishes, but that does not ensure that it is in anyway true. Fighting it would require one single call to initiate it. Just ONE call! They also talk to the patient privately and without anyone outside of medical personnel present, unless the patient requests others to be present. It's like making a legal 911 call in that it is not ignored or lightly taken once it is received or help is asked for. As I said before, this is always an option for the patient to fight and they are told so repeatedly. It will then be seen by a judge or as is more likely because of the depth, before a jury. When this happens, it can become quiet messy and difficult to fight, as records and actions are brought out. it is likely to be even more information that they wouldn't want to bring up because the onus is on the patient to prove that are fully and completely competent. But all she has to do is tell pretty much any official their wishes and the ball will start rolling. This has not been the case.

Given that she was already making calls under her father's nose, that rules out her inability to make a call or tell someone to help her.

Oh God! It's so obvious that Jamie is in it for the money. Britney went through a bit of a rough spell a couple years ago like most of us have. But now it's time to let her go. She is doing great and is back to normal. She is clean and runnning her life in a great way. There is no need to keep her under this c-ship. “Interesting, because over the 5 years I've run BreatheHeavy, I've never seen Britney so hidden from the paparazzi. Where are all these paparazzi images Jamie Spears claims Adnan arranged to have taken?”

“Maybe Jamie is pissed because he allegedly created a paparazzi agency last year to sell and control images taken of Britney. OH yea, and he never told Britney about it.”

Talk about exposing yourself to the courts!

Adnan Ghalib was served with court papers early Saturday morning at his Burbank house with orders to stay away from former fling Britney Spears. The paparazzo was half undressed when he was slapped with the papers...and he wasn’t alone.

“He was naked from the waist up,” a source tells E! News exclusively. “And he was back living with his estranged wife in Burbank.” Ghalib and Azlynn Berry filed for divorce last year after four years of marriage after Ghalib's tryst with the pop tart became public. They appeared to be reunited according to a source.

The Circus star's attorney filed for restraining orders against Ghalib, Sam Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardly on Friday claiming they were attempting to undermine her conservatorship.

A hearing is set on the restraining orders for Feb. 23.

Ghalib did not respond to an E! News request for comment.

Had a long weekend, so I am still catching up on all this.
But I am really hoping this statement was for comedic value and not intended to be serious.
X17 and Credibility in the same sentence has to be against some law somewhere.
