Will Britney Conquer MTV's Europe Music Awards?

The MTV Europe Music Awards nominees were just announced, and our girl Brit is poised to win another two Moonmen! Wait, do they give out Moonmen overseas or something else?
Anyhoo, Britney's been nominated for "Album of the Year" and "Act of 2008", while the Jonas Brothers will battle Miley and Katy Perry for "New Act".
Katy's also been nominated for "Most Addictive Track" for her summer smash, I Kissed a Girl!
