The mark is not stretch marks. I have had two babies and have tummy stretch marks and they do go the other way as many have pointed out. It is not her c-section scar either. That is much lower, right above the pubic hair line and is smaller, a tummy tuck scar would be that low as well. It totally looks like a mark from sitting in tight jeans. As for the pacifier who knows. She may be doing it just for the hell of it to get all of us to talk about her and speculate what she is doing. She might be high, but she would have to be pretty dumb to be doing it in public like that. As for the cleaning it for the baby, I have seen and done this too, but again as others have pointed out, her kids aren't even with her. Oh well, time will tell if she is really on drugs and loses her kids.
