Time actually Served - 13 days of jail time with credit for 14 days because she was released at 1am

Original Sentence - 90 days of inpatient rehab
Time actually served -22 days of inpatient with the remaining 68 days served as an outpatient
Original Probation terms –Formal probation and random drug/testing until August 2011
Current probation terms –
Formal probation until the November 1st status hearing were if she complied until October 31st she won’t be appearing at the hearing. Judge Fox will at least put Lindsay back on summary probation or he may dismiss all charges given she has met all the requirements. Even if LL is put on summary probation no more court hearings will be needed as she will have met all the requirements.

180 days of jail and rehab actually turned out to be 35 days combined.

12 months of formal probation will be reduced to 3 months

All you are succeeding in is reminding people she is a criminal that cannot be trusted and that she resists doing smart things like taking rehab seriously.

She didn't need the rehab which was basically jail and she only complied so she could get out
She learned nothing and was sketching and writing.
She even got her Blackerry back in the 2nd week.
