ScientoloCruise has ALWAYS been a freak. It's not dissimilar to Brit's early success in that Tommy also had excellent handlers back then who knew to keep him ONLY in front of the cameras for the silver screen.

But, as with Brit, every now and then something would leak out and we'd all get a hint that the guy might be, just might be a weirdo. Once, again like Britney, those handlers were gone he wen't gonzo, resulting in such freakishness as the Oprah/couch jumping business, the Matt Lauer interview, and much more these days.

I'm thinkin' that an innocent little human being, a baby, is the crux here for both of them.

For Madman it's his ticket to the K-Fed life. For Bratney it's another attempt to live out her fantasy of her having it all and being seen as just a wonderful human being and perfect mother.
