X17 Photog Was Star Witness at Britney Trial

One of X17's own photographers took the stand yesterday in Britney's driving without a license trial.
Sandro Rodriguez was called by the prosecution to help prove that Britney considers California her home, and should have had a driver's license issued by the state when she side-swiped a parked car last summer.
Britney has since obtained a California driver's license.
"I know more about Britney and where she goes than her parents," Rodriguez told the court. He said Britney spends about 80% of her time in Los Angeles.
This contradicted Britney's father's claim that the pop star considers Louisiana her primary residence.
But it was the photographer's relationship that seemed to most interest the jury. Regarding a widely seen video of Britney, speaking in an Valley Girl accent and conducted inside a tanning salon, Rodriguez said, "that was me." (See below.)
"The picture where she shaved her head. The picture with the umbrella. That's me," Rodriguez told the court. "Go to X17online, you can see it all there," the photographer said.

The trial continues today, with the case expected to go to the jury by this afternoon.
