On a competing website, the most comments held by anyone was Anna Nicole Smith and she is unfortunately dead! One thread had like 25,000 comment before it was shut down. There was a heavy mixture of positive and negative comments too. Popularity is not always a good, positive thing. Considering how many negative comments there are, I certainly wouldn't be bragging about that as some sort of victory. I might consider it a victory if she was somehow miraculously cut loose from the very controlling ( by NECESSITY) c-ship and even manages to survive a full year with out killing herself or going completely ape shit mad! Britney Spears former manager Sam Lufti has filed an official objection to the Superior Court commissioner being allowed to oversee Britney Spears’ conservatorship.

The objection was filed on Friday, but did not reach the courtroom in time for the a hearing on Monday when a restraining order against Lufti was extended for another month by the Commissioner.

Lufti filed the papers himself, bearing just one line that said “Please take notice that Osama "Sam" Lutfi will not stipulate to the above-referenced case being heard by Reva Goetz, commissioner presiding, to whom the above-entitled case has been assigned."

Lufti is representing himself in the case and can appeal for the case to be assigned to a judge on April 16.

Every site that has reported this has gotten their information from JFX. A representative for the Los Angeles Police Department said it had "no knowledge of a report" filed about the attack. If you are talking about me, the 'Newguy', I actually like JFX on many points. There is a certain benefit to having monitored posts. I think Ronnie is a decent guy who actually listens to his posters. I really have no issue with them. The slight misunderstanding was cleared up a few days ago. I really do believe that Ronnie is a good guy from what I've seen, Sure, they have a direct connection to Adnan, but I think it is not the conspiracy some would think it is. I’m sorry but I still disagree with you about Kevin Federline. None of us know whether she has a problem with drug abuse or mental illness or both. I believe she has been ill for awhile. I doubt the Spears-Federline marriage was nirvana. The Letterman appearance was a statement. Her assistant Kalie thinks she texted the divorce message to manipulate the situation. I honestly believe Britney thought Kevin would fight for their marriage. There are rumors she was having an affair with JR Rotem while she was still married. After the divorce, there are rumors Britney rubbed the affair in her ex-husband’s face.

Traditionally, husbands hold the keys to marital wealth and wives tend to receive hefty divorce settlements. I would not describe Kevin’s pre-nuptial based divorce settlement as a windfall. The drawn out custody hearings and massive legal fees have occurred because Britney has been unwilling to comply with court order. Based on what I have read, Kevin has also received numerous threats, which is why he employs bodyguards for his children and is seldom seen in public with them. This is NOT a desirable situation - in my opinion.
