It's called divorce, and it sucks. She's right in the midst of a custody battle - and I don't doubt it's causing her a good deal of anxiety. It's hard on anybody - but to go through it while not speaking to the rest of your family must be really hard.
It's too bad she wouldn't get rid of these leeches she's been hanging around and start doing the right thing - going for her psych testing and attending weekly counselling to start. I believe Britney does have a mental illness and it HAS been nearly a year. I had a problem myself, and I can remember my doctor telling me that I was lucky to be diagnosed so soon, because most people would turn to drugs and alcohol to help self medicate. He also told me, without help, you can go so far, and there is no coming back. In my opinion the longer she waits, the harder it will be to recover. I would like to see her back where she once was, but without some intervention soon, I don't think it will happen. Suicide is a real risk and it would be tragic for someone so young. She really does need help.
divorce is difficult, death is difficult, the breakdown and loss of any relationship is very hard to bounce back from. But she continues to make horrible choices in her life, even after being burned, she goes back to the same irrational choices.
