X17 XCLUSIVE - BRITNEY TO SUE OVER COVER SHOT!

A source close to Britney is telling X17 that she's furious that the photographer, Dani Brubaker, hired to shoot her family holiday photo (pictured on the cover above) sold the shots to OK!
And now, Brit's apparently planning on suing over the invasion of privacy. Do you think the photog had the right to sell the photos regardless of whether or not she signed a confidentiality agreement?
