Interesting... Very interesting... First of all, I think people should be a little more sympathetic to the whole situation. Britney Spears is obviously going through something that I certainly wouldn't wish on anyone. Attacking Kevin Federline isn't the answer either. Personally, I think the media needs to leave Britney and Kevin alone for awhile to let them sort all of this out. They have children and careers to think about. I don't think that anyone of us posting messages on the internet is qualified to call anyone else crazy or a bad parent. A good mother does not leave her kids sitting at the gate for 40 minutes and ignore their visit. A good mother would make sure the court had the info they needed to conduct their tests and clear up any misunderstanding so she could resume a relationship with her children. I think that her parents know Britney needs help and they are very concerned for her. She should be in a mental institution for a while to get her head on, maybe get on the right meds, and learn about life. This is not a dis on her but she has huge issues and is spiraling out of control.

Some people here don't realize the reason she has a court appointed monitor for her visits is because she drove with her kids without a CA Driver's license not because she is a habitual drug user.

She passed all her drug tests and continues to pass her drug tests. Lets give Kevin a couple drug tests, especially for the chronic.

The judge called her a habitual drug user because she went to rehab and because that body guard, whom she fired, said she snorted a "white powder substance" in his presence.

Custody remained the same until the video came out of her driving without a ca license after he said he wanted proof both parents had CA DLs. That's when the judge decided to get hard on Britney. But she is expected to get 50/50 custody back. If not at the hearing on the 26th, soon.

Lynn and Jamie go visit the kids at Kevin's now and then. Maybe they were there together to make a plea to Kevin to drop the case and go back to 50/50 custody. All Kevin is getting Britney on is technicalities. All those witnesses he served and all he got was one ex-bodyguard, who was fired and waited almost six months to come forward, willing to give testimony that maybe she used drugs and that she wasn't the greatest mom in the world, in his opinion and staffers like to talk bad about her behind her back.

All those people and only ONE is willing to sell her down the river and expose her drug use?

That says to me that she does not party like people act like she does in the tabloids.

seeing this story unfold, i feel deep sorrow for Britney and her kids. I now believe she has no idea what is about to happen to her at the hands of her own parents no less. It has been hard for me to accept, but it seem likely she is not fighting for her freedom because she genuinely (and naively) loves and cares about fed and her parents, and would never consider fighting them in any way. They of course are taking full advantage of her naivety and trusting nature.

Maybe they are there to offer K-Fed what he really wants. Money! Brit might be considering a pay off if she did a little math. K-Fed could be awarded upwards of $50,000 a month in child support if he is granted the 70/30 custody split he is asking for. $50,000 a month times 12 months = $600,000 a year and $600,000 a year times 18 years = $10.8 million dollars. The kids are 1-year-old and 2-years-old and he would not be getting the child support for the full 18 years, but some people with Brit's wealth and the sort of problems she is having with an ex like K-Fed might consider it expedient to buy him off in exchange for a voluntary surrender of parental rights. A person with Brit's money might be willing to pay $10 million dollars and allow him reasonable visitation with the children if he would sign a voluntary irrevocable surrender of parental rights. And I think a person like K-Fed would give that some serious thought.

I REALLY hope that mental institution rumor up there is true. I really believe she is bi-polar and manic. Just google it and then look at her behavior. It's quite possible. When she was "unavailable" for drug testing, that counts the same as testing dirty for drugs in the legal system. So yes, drug use was a factor in the judge's decision.

And since the testimony of all the other people Kevin had served has been sealed, you don't know what was said. Notice that we have not seen her with at least two of the people served in the weeks since she lost custody; the manny guy and her cousin Alli.

Remember that if Britney and Federline were still married, none of this would be an issue. Everyone would think she is a fine mother. Kevin wouldn't have lawyers (paid for by Britney) trying to take the children away from her and trying to get himself a bigger paycheck. I have an underactive thyroid and I know everything about what thyroids do. If she had an underactive thyroid, she may gain weight but she would be exhausted all the time, depressed, and have heart palps. If she had a thyroid condition, she would be on synthetic thyroid hormones which regulate the thyroid. I am 5'5", 118 pounds, and much older than she is. I also have two sons. My underactive thyroid is called Hashimoto's disease which is the worst kind you can have and I never, ever ate like that nor had a big appetite. Those with thyroid issues gain weight but eat very little which is why they don't get what's going on. It's easy to test and fix. If your metabolism is SLOW that means you aren't hungry. It doesn't mean you overeat. 12:13, this is quite possibly the dumbest post I ever read because it is totally fiction from start to finish.
