Rudolph's privacy plea apparently fell on deaf ears, as paparazzi photos of a bald-headed Spears taking a smoking break within the confines of the treatment center surfaced on the Internet Tuesday afternoon.

A source tells E! Online that Spears was furious about the photographs, which directly contributed to her decision to leave Promises.

Unsurprisingly, Spears' friends and family aren't happy that she has given up on rehab once again.

Where the hell have Britney fans been? Is this the only place they go for news about Britney? In response to some of the above posts: No Britney and K-fed are not getting back together. The courts just accepted an emergency hearing on behalf of K-fed as to the custody of their two children. Basically, this means Britney just lost the kids. These types of accelerated hearings are only granted when the judge believes that the children in question are in danger by one or both parties. Since Kfed filed the motion, its obvious the judge feels Britney is the danger. The word is that he also filed seperate charges of criminal negligence.
