It is low for x17 to bash Kevin if he has to go to work. He is suing for custody of the boys because Britney can't take care of them properly. This goes to show that in his absence, he makes sure that the kids are looked after.

Britney tends to think that if she drags them to dance class with her and out to supper late at that night or to Vegas with her, she is being a good mother. A good mother would ensure that these two little guys would have a little normalcy in their life.

If Britney let her parents have access to the kids like this when her time with them comes around, Kevin would likely never have to have do this new legal stuff because he would know that with her parents around, they are being looked after.

Lynne and Jamie both made statements about Britney's behavior but they never signed them. They changed their mind. They decided to let Kevin handle the custody suit. wow, when my ex or I had to be out of town, we just adjusted our visitation so that the kids stayed with the parent who was at home. I don't get the backlash toward Lynne and Jamie coming to take care of the boys; I think it's a lot better than having a nanny take care of them while Kevin is out of town. We've all seen plenty of pics of Britney's "private" moments with the kids: playing in birdbaths, holding her cig packs, lit cigs too close to their faces/hair, etc., out late at night for dinner, being ambushed by the paps. The paps can be kept at more than arms distance; Jolie/Pitt, Cruise/Holmes and the Beckhams can attest to that.
I don't think Brit should have her kids taken away from her. But some parenting classes and monitoring would be a good start.
