Britney may have fame, success, countless awards and two adorable boys, but that didn't seem to make any difference Saturday night when she spent the night out alone at the movies.
Britney caught the Kat Heigl flick, The Ugly Truth at The Commons in Calabasas, with just her bodyguard to keep her company.
The pop princess looked rather sad as she smacked her gum on the way in, but even more withdrawn on the way out with her hood pulled tight around her head.
But maybe that was just to make sure we didn't catch sight of her mussed weave!
Brit seems to be having a good time when others are around her - so was this night out alone by choice? Or is she longing for some of her old friends?
I guess money really doesn't buy happiness!

Are you kidding ?? She could CARE LESS what her hair looks like and who sees it. Thats what happens to a person after they lose their mind. And she is doomed to be alone for life. Thats what happens when you choose fame over life.
Alot of people do go to the cinema on their own it's not a crime! Obviously from the way she walked in they were expecting her, and she probably met someone once she was inside away from the paps.
When she walked inside it looks like a guy in a checked shirt is waiting for them, looks like Jason Trawick.
