Drat! I missed an intense night! I think I learned a bizarre lesson. The most important posts are the ones she avoids. I am entitled to a life besides my job. I do not need to work 24 hours per day. Unlike some attorneys that only care about money, I only take on a few cases at a time so I can dedicate my time to the cases I have AND have free time. There is no need for me to get burned out. If I did that, I'd be no help to "my kids" at all.

I am NOT a public defender that is assigned cases. When a judge calls for a GAL, I absolutely AM allowed to decide whether or not I am going to accept the case.
