X17 XCLUSIVE: Collateral Damage From Britney's Custody Proceedings?

It seems like every day brings a new development in the Britney Spears divorce drama - and today is no different! Yesterday, we were contacted by "Sam", Britney's mystery friend with a story to tell involving entrapment, assault - and Kevin Federline's lawyer!
According to Sam, Kevin's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan sent a team of process servers (including one man who he believed to be former Israeli military man Aaron Cohen who served Alli Sims with papers just a few weeks ago) to subpoena him to testify in the custody case. But these men didn't just knock on Sam's door and hand him a piece of paper - Sam says they blocked the entrance to Sam's parking garage with three cars! This show of numbers was so disarming that Sam couldn't avoid an accident, causing thousands of dollars in damage to his new Mercedes.
Sounds like serious business to us - this is getting ugly!
