X17 XCLUSIVE - Jason Gets Britney Out Of A Jam

Britney Spears was dealing with a jammed door on the freeway yesterday, where X17online photogs spotted the Queen B opening and shutting it several times -- while traveling on the freeway!

Ever the gentleman, boyfriend Jason Trawick pulled off the freeway, got out of the car and went around to the passenger side to make sure all was ok before the pair continued on their errands.

What a nice guy!

OMG Britney is sooooo far gone and every one knows it but her. The photo ops taken in the past week are clearly her P.R. people hard at work to TRY and get the judge to see she is normal because she doesn't want a babysitter anymore.
