TMZ was in Century City, Calif. as Brit Brit came -- and went -- from her scheduled deposition today. Why the rush?!

As K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan explained, the depo was originally scheduled to go from 9:45 to 11:45 AM. It poses a little bit of a problem when the person who is to be deposed shows up almost two hours late! Kaplan says the proceedings started around 11:32 AM and he was able to fire off a few questions before having to end at the scheduled time -- thirteen minutes later. So much for asking deep questions!

So why was the popwreck so tardy? He wouldn't say. But he did say another depo has been scheduled. As for seeking sanctions against her, Kaplan says he hasn't yet decided. But he might, if her behavior caused his client -- K-Fed -- any undue "hardships." Hasn't she already?

This child does not look like he has FAS. If you look at pictures of Britney as a toddler/small child, she has the same look. In my opinion, she physically favors her mother's side (same eyes, same nose). I wish people would stop attributing family traits to FAS. Do I think that Britney self medicates? These children love going to their mom's house, she actually plays with them, and takes them outside the house. At K-fed's house they are stuck inside their the house like prisoners. They never go outside at K-Fed's.
Anyone with kids know that children like going outside, they want to explore, they want to see new things, and at Britney's house the children go swimming, they play on their swing set, they go for wagon rides, and go riding on their toy cars with their mom. Jayden knows that they usually go outside and play at mom's house, so he's use to going to the door to the backyard, where their swing set is, and where the pool is.
Anyone who has gone to the website Brineyexperst.com, has seems plenty of pictures of Britney and her children playing at her house. There are pictures of her with them just coming out of the pool, and pictures of the boys going for walks, and riding in their wagon, and playing on their toy cars, and even in their sand box. That's what boys like to do, and they get to do it at their mothers.
Unfortunetly K-fed locks them inside the house, that is not healthy behaviour for anyone, especially children, so it's a good thing they have their mother's house to go to, where they get to be children, and actually get to play outside.

Kevin isn't fighting for his kids. He's fighting for their money, plain and simple.

He loves his children so much, he doesn't pay so much as a single PENNY toward their support.

In fact, the money that should be used to support them -- THEIR MONEY -- actually goes to feed and house him and pays the support bills for their half-brothers. With K-Fed's zero income, the boys apparently even pay for their dad's trips to Vegas to party. (Let's hope Paris was free, and K-Fed stopped himself from making the little guys pay for strippers.)

I was trying to think if I've ever seen a picture of K-Fed playing at the park with the boys, holding them, playing with toys with them, or even taking them to a fast food restaurant - nope. Britney Spears is defying court-mandated custody hours by refusing to turn over her sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline's bodyguard.

The pop star was due to turn over Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, at 7 p.m. PST. Federline's bodyguard arrived at her home to pick them up, but Spears would not budge. She has been with the kids since noon Thursday.

The cops were called to Britney Spears house at The Summit in Beverly Hills on Thursday over a family custodial dispute, PerezHilton.com has learned exclusively.

We're hearing that police were called after Unfitney kept her kids after the court-appointed time that she was supposed to give them back.
