Britney Spears has just left the courtroom where she faced K-Fed in their custody battle.

The judge heard testimony from both sides, but didn't make a ruling. Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told "Extra" that a ruling will come Monday or Tuesday. Kaplan wouldn't elaborate, but said the court heard many issues this afternoon.

Brit was extremely upset as she left the courthouse. She peeled out of the parking lot in her white Mercedes as a pack of paparazzi swarmed her.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline appeared together Friday for a three-hour custody hearing behind closed doors – the first courtroom face-off for the former couple.
Spears took three bathroom breaks during the hearing, with her mood souring as the day wore on. At an early break, she told reporters, "Everything's great," but at a later break she cursed out a reporter asking how she was, saying, "snort it, f--- it."
Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was asked after the hearing if it was contentious. "When I'm there, it's always contentious," he quipped.
The session ended with Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon making no ruling.
"There was testimony given by both parties," says court rep Meredith Pierce, "but Commissioner Gordon did not make a ruling today. He took the case under submission, meaning he'll consider both sides and will craft a new court order."
The next hearing is Nov. 26

Sounds like she regained her overnight supervised visit immediately and that an official ruling will come next week. Probably they will continue as is until another court date.

So long as Britney is complying with the orders and taking/passing her drug tests then 50/50 will probably go back into effect. Britney hasn't done anything to warrant it not. The only reason the judge took the kids away temporarily was because she wasn't following the court's orders after the initial hearing.

That is spot on 7:04PM. The very fact that Britney is out of control even in the courtroom and is out of control in her life everyday in front of the paps is going to lose those babies. Dis one or the other all you want but I hate to say it (I really do) but the talk they had recently has brought them closer and they actually are working together as compared to fighting at this point. Kevin is making money. Not millions but he has been working quite steadily on projects even before the divorce. He never wanted to be Mr. Spears.

He is the one that is under control and has primary custody of those babies and has stepped up to the plate and IS taking care of them now and has for some time. Britney on the other hand has been acting really insane for some years now, even well before she met Kevin. She was doing 55-hour marriages, doing drugs (even her first husband, Jason Alexander, said she was doing heavy drugs back then, such as cocaine). There were many other reports that she was doing drugs even as far back as 2001-2002. And that was well before Kevin.

Kevin is NOT responsible for her condition. Britney is responsible for her condition. She is a grown 25 year old woman with two babies. And that is what everyone around Britney, from her family, her X-husband, her friends, the industry, and even the courts are trying to get her to do, and that is, to take responsibility for her actions before she really harms those babies, herself or someone else.

She is the one that is a “habitual and continual drug user” (well before Kevin). She is the one that is neglecting her babies (that is why the courts have given primary custody to Kevin at this time). She is the one that is flashing her private parts many times over on purpose (which will be embarrassing to her babies when they grow up). She is the one that is going to rehab and attacking cars with umbrellas, and shaving her head in a state of insanity. Kevin is NOT responsible for this. From what I have read, most of the terms in the prenup have been nullified by the judge, including custody of children and alimony for Loser Federline, which should expire in November but I hear it's not. He whines to the court that he has "staff expenses" and he has no money left over at the end of the month.

Let them all move into middle income houses. They will survive. Kevin came from trash and he can go back to a lower lifestyle than the one he is trying to hang onto now. When cleaning I found some old magazines from our previous house today.

7 years ago when she was on top of the world, she told the reporter that her "hobbies" were driving and shopping.

This "enabling" behavior surrounds and feeds the dependency.
How does the dysfunctional behaviors/illness affect the dependent person? For the substance dependent person, they completely lose their ability to predict accurately when they will start and stop their substance use. Because of this, they become engaged repeatedly and unexpectedly in such behaviors as:
• Breaking commitments that they intended to keep.
• Spending more money than they planned
• Driving under the influence that may result in DWI violations
• Making inappropriate statements to friends, family, and co-workers
• Engaging in arguing, fighting, and other antisocial behaviors
• Using more of the substance(s) than they had planned
• Lying

These types of behaviors violate their internal value system resulting in feelings of guilt, remorse, and self-loathing. However, these feelings get blocked by rationalizations. The rationalization is that "last night wasn’t that bad." The projection causes the individual to believe that "anyone would be doing what I am doing it they had to put up with what I do." The effects of such use of definses is to progressively lead the person to be out of touch with reality. This distortion becomes so solid that the individual using substnaces or engaging in other dysfunctional behaviors is the last to recognize that their behavior represents any type of personal problem.
What is an enabler? It is the person who reacts to the above symptom of illness or dysfunctional behavior in such a way as to shield and protect them from experiencing the consequences of their problem. Thus, they lose the opportunity to gain insight regarding the severity of their behavior. Without this insight they remain a victim of the defenses and are incapable of recognizing the need to seek appropriate and necessary help. Tragically, the enabler’s well-intentioned behavior plays an increasingly destructive role in the progression of the illness/dysfunctional behaviors.
The enabler may be in denial themselves about the significance or severity of the problem. Their thinking may be that the problem does not really exist or that it will disappear as soon as the real problem disappears. This makes the enabler highly vulnerable to developing beliefs and attitudes which victimize the individual engaging in a substance abusing/dysfunctional behaviors. The rationalizations of both persons are now supporting each other’s misunderstanding of the true nature of the problem. The result is that they are both engaged in a successful self-deception which allows the disease to remain hidden and to progress to a more serious stage.

gifting him. While her personal life
may be in ruins, the CD shows that,

Life without Britney is sad and grey. She brings trashtastic technicolor brilliance to our normal by comparison life.

The frequent and habitual drug user was in rare form on Friday.

Spears showed up to court for her scheduled custody hearing and it was a DISASTER.

She had “frequent bathroom trips.” Three to be exact.

She even managed to change her hair and sunglasses during a break. Such a diva. Rocking a new look during court!

Though reporters were not allowed inside the courtroom, things must not have gone well for Brit Brit. She was seen crying and speeding away from the courthouse, almost hitting a bus.

The court-appointed parenting coach submitted a report to the judge which basically spelled it out for him: U-N-F-I-T-N-E-Y. Spears ignored her kids. Ignored the parenting coach. Ignored all logic and reason.

The highlight of the day, easily, had to be when asked by reporters how she was doing, Britney responded by saying, “Eat it, lick it, snort it, fuck it!”

Yes, she really said SNORT it. In front of reporters from Extra and Us Weekly.

The judge hasn’t made his ruling yet. He heard all the evidence and said we can snort expect a decision on Monday or Tuesday.

Brit Brit and her lawyer were asking for 50/50 joint custody.

Ain’t no way THAT’S gonna happen! It sure as hell better not!

Britney Spears' new CD? Save your money

The new Britney Spears album "Blackout" (Jive) is terrible. But how could it not be?
Like much of the pre-fab dance beats and the robotic, studio-enhanced vocals that fill it, "Blackout" is simply the next, predictably pre-ordained step in "The Britney Spears Story," which also doubles as her life. It's the point in the story where the commercial failure of her album finally makes her realize that she needs help. It will be followed, of course, by rehab - both image and otherwise - and the inevitable comeback featuring songs about empowerment and making it through the rain and stuff, tentatively titled "The Emancipation of BritBrit."

It would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
The faster Spears recognizes that, the quicker we can move on to the next chapter in "The Britney Spears Story." The current one, you see, has grown increasingly tedious. ("Blackout," in stores Tuesday; Grade: D)
