Brittany Murphy's Father Suing The LA County Coroner's Office

Posted on Thu Jan 12, 2012 12:30 PM PDT

brittany-murphy-wrongful-de.jpgBrittany Murphy's father, Angelo Bertolotti, is suing the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office because he claims her autopsy was "never fully investigated.”

Bertolotti, who is also suing the Los Angeles Police Department, has requested samples of his daughter’s hair for his own testing. “I’m not going to rest until my daughter’s untimely demise is properly investigated, which hasn’t happened so far. Her case deserves more than a superficial glance,” Bertolotti said in a press release.

In 2009 the coroner’s office ruled that the 32-year-old actress died of pneumonia, anemia and prescription drug intoxication, but Bertolotti believes toxic mold in her Hollywood Hills home could have caused her death, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Interesting!

makes sense to me, pneumonia? could very well have been a respiratory infection from mold. especially in a humid environment. You go dad. get the truth....

Toxic mold? Interesting. Especially since her husband died shortly after she died. Sounds reasonable enough. Mold is nasty stuff.

Was it inappropriate for Rihanna to record a song with ex Chris Brown?

Yes! With the abuse she suffered at the hands of Chris, this was a bad idea!
No! Chris has already dealt with his anger issues, and the time is right for them to move on.
Who knows? Rihanna certainly does what she wants to do, so she seems fine with it.
I wish they'd get back together!
