Brittany Murphy's Husband Due For Heart Surgery Before Death

Brittany Murphy's husband was apparently due for a heart bypass before his sudden death last night, but kept putting the surgery off.
"I was told he needed a bypass," Roger Neal, a spokesperson for Simon, Sharon and the Brittany Murphy Foundation said. "I said to him, 'Simon, you have so much going on, let's keep you healthy.' I said, 'You want to be healthy. Don't you?' He said yes, but he said, 'The bypass can wait.'"
Simon was found unconscious by Murpy's mother Sharon in the Hollywood Hills home he shared with Brittany last night around 9pm after he suffered an apparent cardiac arrest and called the paramedics, who pronounced him dead after being unable to resuscitate him. Ironically, it was also Sharon who discovered her daughter unconscious in the same home just five months ago.
L.A. Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said "We're not sure if it is natural causes or a possible accident, maybe because of the prescription medication found there."
Official cause of death is still yet to be determined.
Sad.

so Roger Neal is not only a spokesman for the (fake) "Brittany Murphy Foundation" but also an MD? he knows what killed Mr Monjack? ... we'll see how his words match the results of the autopsy
Better cancel his appointment for the heart surgery he put off (whoops).
I must be the only one here who thinks this whole thing is just sad. Simon was no perfect dude for sure, but I think the whole stress of Brittany's death definitely contributed to his death.
