Just Who IS Brittany Murphy's Husband?

Though Brittany Murphy called husband Simon Monjack her "soulmate," a little digging reveals that the British writer/producer has a questionable past and a fairly lengthy rap sheet.
When the news broke that Brittany had died in her Los Angeles home on Sunday, Simon told Access Hollywood that his "world was destroyed," but he raised a few eyebrows when he reportedly asked Cedars-Sinai medical staff not to perform an autopsy on the 32-year-old actress.
So just who is this Simon Monjack? And why do some people call the 39-year-old "Conjack"? Though Brittany told pals that she was crazy in love with her hubby, rumors began to pop up that their May 2007 marriage was due to Monjack's expired visa. Just three months before he tied the knot with the Clueless actress, Monjack was arrested by immigration officials and he faced deportation. According to the NY Post, some of Brittany's pals claimed that she said Monjack had been "kidnapped" and that she had to pay a ransom.
Going back even further, Monjack racked up quite a record with authorities. Between 1997 and 2006, Monjack was evicted from four different homes, and in 2005, Virginia police issued warrants for Monjack's arrest on credit card fraud. In 2006, he was forced to pay $470,000 to mortgage firm Coutts and Co. after a lawsuit in the state of New York, and in 2007, his ex-wife Simone Bienne, a UK television personality, sued him in Los Angeles, and she was awarded $63,000.
While he doesn't exactly seem to be a law abiding citizen, we can't get over how creepy this next part is. In a 2008 interview with the NY Post, Monjack claims he fell in love with Murphy during a photo shoot while she was still in her teens. Monjack, who has also been linked to Senator John Kerry's daughter Alexandra (random much?) told the paper that he was "very patient" about waiting for his lady love to become um, available.
Think he had anything to do with her death?

ok, he is not in her will - everything goes to her mother. now if there is a life insurance policy on her, with him as the beneficiary, we'll see ...... although it means nothing but they've been married just two years. coincidence?
I never leave prescription drugs around my house. I think the best thing to do is to continue to take the drugs (eat them or shove them up your nose like a suppository) even if you dont need tham. That way you can avoid friends, loved ones and the general public from having to make assumptions about your lifestyle should you die unexpectedly at home. Also, I think Hollywood is teaming with hard drugs and very unnecessary prescription meds.
Prescription drugs doesn't mean narcotics. Antibiotics are prescribed, heart medication is prescribed, viagara is prescribed, amongst others. Quit the damn judging until we know something certain.
As for scandalizing the husband, all I have to say is: time and place.
Seeing her with him always made me want to grab her and give her a good shower. He is creepy.

It's not that big of a deal that he was he was hot for her in her teens, they're only 7 years apart. California is a community property state so the will doesn't count for that much.
I think the writing is on the Wall - it's quite obvious the guys a slime bucket and a total con - as in con-artist and future con-vict - that's all I have.
She was sweet - beautiful - talented - and boy could she SING:) but not wise in choosing her men it seems - I hope she had a pre-nup - so that that con man won't squander away her inheritance and by the way what did he write - can anyone all themself a screen-writer? Guess so.

Britt and Simon were using pills together the pills made her happy and he was only loving her and giving her what she wanted. Britt should have known she needed to be careful mixing pills is dangerous I'm sure that's why she died 32 year olds don't die naturally!
