This is such good news!

Dancing with the Stars host Brooke Mueller is cancer free after undergoing a thyroidectomy.

"I just got the results back from all my tests and great news - the thyroid cancer has been removed from my body and all my lymph nodes are clear. So I'm hoping that this is the end of the story. Woohoo!!! And thank GOD!" she wrote on her blog.

After undergoing the procedure on Dec. 6, the mother-of-four has found unexpected joy in her recovery.

"It's so out of the ordinary for me - to not be working or rushing from place to place driving the kids around. But I have to admit I could kinda get used to this... In a weird way, it's kind of the perfect ending to a very busy year. I've taken the rest of the year off to recover and catch up with my family and now we're just celebrating life," she added.

Brooke Mueller was hospitalized this afternoon after an assistant found her napping and unresponsive. Brooke's rep tells X17online.com:

"An assistant thought Brooke was non-responsive while she was napping and hastily called an ambulance. As a precaution, Brooke was brought to a local hospital and discharged after an hour. She was diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration and is now fine and resting at home. That's it."

Mueller, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, has been in rehab numerous times and most recently completed an in-patient treatment program in April. Mueller married Sheen in May 2008 and gave birth to twin boys Max and Bob in 2009. The couple divorced in May, 2011.

X17online caught up with Brooke last night at Mr. Chow, as she was on a date with her new boyfriend, jewelry designer to the stars, Pascal Mouawad.

Brooke Burke-Charvet posted a video on her ModernMom.com blog today and revealed that she has thyroid cancer.

Last July, the Dancing With the Stars co-host had told fans that doctors found a nodule on her thyroid, but after further testing it was determined that she has cancer.

"Long story ... I got my results back and they were not good, and I need to have thyroid surgery and have a thyroidectomy, which means that I'm going to have a nice big scar right here across my neck," she revealed in her vlog. "And I don't get to just walk around and pretend like nothing happened and not follow up and not share it because it's gonna be pretty much dead center."

"Here's the way that I see it: I'm just going to make a positive out of this negative thing," she continues. "I'm going to be a really good patient and I'm gonna do everything I need to do."

Brooke later wrote on Twitter, "I'm feeling the love today from friends, family, #DWTS, tweeties, fans. You warm my heart. I'm feeling good Thank you from down deep xoxo," she tweeted. "I was scared to get on twitter and hear what people are saying.....now I can breathe easy. Thank you for your support."

She may be a 40-year-old mother of 4 but she's still one hot mama!

Brooke Burke stopped to get cash from a Malibu ATM and the DWTS host looks excellent, even sans makeup.

Burke will celebrate her 41st birthday in a couple weeks ... will hubby David Charvet surprise her with something sparkly???

Over the weekend Brooke Burke and hubby David Charvet played a rather competitive game of beach volleyball in Malibu, and the couple showed off their amazing bods (and athletic abilities!) when we snapped these pictures.

And not only does Brooke have a flawless physique for someone her age, but keep in mind she's given birth to FOUR kids! (Heaven Rain, Shaya Braven, Neriah and Sierra Sky, in case you forgot). She may have been married to a plastic surgeon before she tied the knot with the former Baywatch stud, but she's obviously put a lot of hard work into her abs, legs and well, pretty much every other part of her tight bod!

The Dancing With the Stars host, who wore a snug purple dress to dinner at LA's Madeo, is opening up about her support for gal pal Giuliana Rancic's breast cancer struggle.

Burke-Charvet tells Prevention magazine:

"As soon as I found out my friend Giuliana Rancic was diagnosed with breast cancer, I booked my mammogram. I called her from the doctor's office and said, 'Thank you for provoking me to have this done.' "

The Dancing with the Stars host's sexy hubby David Charvet showed off his tanned washboard abs -- and perfectly toned 'bod! -- in a pair of low-cut swim trunks while frolicking on the beach in Malibu with his wife and four kids, on Sunday afternoon.

After the family's beach day, Charvet Tweeted, "@brookeburke in her daisy dukes washing my car now that's tool time!! About to open the hood and tune the engine now that's hot!!"
