BREAKING NEWS - Brooke Mueller In Rehab!

After leaving an LA hospital Monday, Brooke Mueller checked herself into a rehab clinic in North Carolina.
ET reports that Mueller, who's still recovering from a bout with pneumonia, most likely travelled by train to the drug and alcohol center (since doctors advised her not to fly.)
Her attorney Yale Galanter says she's doing ok, but is concerned about her health.
Mueller is scheduled to appear in court with Charlie Sheen in Aspen on February 8th.
Think she'll make the date or will it be postponed again?

Man you guys are dumb! Brooke is going into rehab to keep Charlie from going to jail. She is trying to get the charges against him dropped. Yes, she does have a problem with alcohol and so does he. But now she is trying to find an alibi for why she called 911 and if she doesn't find one, Sheen could go to jail and lose everything. So, Brooke is going to make it look like none of this would have happened if she hadn't been drunk. Basically, she is going to take 100% blame hoping the court system will drop the charges against Charlie. She is afraid and she is trying to dig them both out of a bad situation. I hope she gets the help she needs but Charlie needs to own up to his part in this too. I don't doubt that he threatened her and they both need to get counseling and straighten up or move on. The children are probably getting the best care they have had in a long time with neither of the "parents" around!!

1+1=2!!!! Everyone is correct!!!! Brooke is a drunk. Charlie is a drunk. Pretty tough to point the blame....unless you are as jacked up as these two, and then, of course, you are seeing double and can point the blame at all four of them.
