Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are NOT back together, X17online can report exclusively.

Despite reports she and her ex-hubby have reconciled, a source tells X17online the two aren't an item.

Just days after completing her outpatient rehab program, we spotted Brooke looking disheveled and holding a homemade pipe -- while wearing Sheen's t-shirt and a pair of her sweat pants and high heels.

But it turns out the shirt was just an old piece of clothing left behind by the actor, and not a sign the pair are shacking up again.

A source close to Mueller tells us exclusively:

"Brooke would love to get back together with Charlie but he's not so interested. He's ditched his goddesses but apparently he's not ready to take back Brooke."

Brooke recently confessed on The World According to Paris, she's been "hanging out" with her ex-hubby at his mansion since all of his goddess cleared out, and even expressed, "Sometimes I really miss Charlie. I've got confusing emotions."

Unfortunately for Brooke, it looks like the feeling isn't mutual.

After just completing a 45-day outpatient therapy program for substance abuse, Brooke Mueller stepped out looking disheveled, holding a homemade pipe of aluminum foil, and what looked like a hand-rolled cigarette or a joint in her right hand.

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife also sported suspicious looking burn-marks on her hands, and was carrying a Gatorade -- the drink of choice for those who've had a long night/day of hard partying.

By the looks of her sweats/high heels ensemble, Mueller may have had quite a wild weekend.

The mom of two-year-old twins, Max and Bob, had previously credited her sobriety to her appearance on BFF Paris Hilton's show, The World According to Paris, but could she be headed back to rehab again soon?

Reunited and it feels so good!

A happy and healthy Brooke Mueller has just competed her month-long treatment program at an LA rehab facility, and as soon as she left, the anxious momma booked it straight over to her parents' place to pick up her adorable twin sons.

Looks like it was a happy and emotional reunion for the family. Mueller's 2-year-old twins Max and Bob have no doubt missed their mommy since she's been away!

But Brooke isn't messing around with her sobriety this time. She recently skipped the premiere party for her new show The World According to Paris specifically to avoid the night club scene and spend time with her boys.

Kathy Hilton even Tweeted her support for her long-time family friend, writing: "Brooke, we r sorry u could not be with us tonight , we know your working on a bigger celebration your sobriety, we r very proud of u. XO ... We luv & support u all the way! Luv Kat"

A portion of the show will focus on Mueller's struggle with sobriety, but we hope that's all behind her now.

Denise Richards appeared on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live Thursday night and said she can't confirm that ex Charlie Sheen is sober, as he claims.

“I don’t know if he’s sober or not,” Richards said.

Richards also said she's not happy about Sheen’s Violent Torpedo of Truth tour, especially since she’s part of it.

"I've heard he's chosen to use me in part of his tour [material], and that's hurtful,” she said. “But that's his choice ... He can do what he wants in his show."

Apparently the two are far from friendly. “We're not in the best place right now, to be honest with you,” she said. “But I do still communicate with him.”

While Charlie Sheen is on his Violent Torpedo of Truth Tour in D.C., and Brooke Mueller is back in rehab, 2-year-old twins Max and Bob get to hang out with their grandparents for a bit!

Mueller's mom, Moira Fiore and step dad Jon are taking care of the boys. A judge maintained the couple's current custody agreement at a hearing Tuesday.

Charlie wanted to take his son's on the road with him during his tour, but that idea was immediately given the red light, and Brooke has retained custody -- although she is currently seeking treatment.

Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen are currently in a Los Angeles courtroom to discuss custody of their twin sons, Max and Bob.

An X17 reporter at the courthouse tells us Judge Hank Goldberg has asked members of the media to leave the courtroom due to "questions of abuse" that have arisen in the custody case.

Details of the abuse allegation have not been revealed to the public, however the judge did say he'd be discussing the matter with Brooke and Charlie behind closed doors.

Both Charlie and Brooke are seeking sole custody of the boys.

UPDATE 10:50 AM: Sheen has left the courtroom, presumably to head to his next stop on his Violent Torpedo of Truth tour.

Brooke Mueller shot an episode of The World According To Paris at a private residence in Beverly Hills yesterday, and we couldn't help but notice Charlie Sheen's ex-wifey was wearing the exact same clothes she sported in January. Of course there are a few differences...click after the jump to see if you can spot them!

Once again, Brooke Mueller showed off a smile in Aspen as she headed back home alone this morning.

Brooke's been staying in the snowy Colorado town while Charlie returned to LA following the incident, leaving the twins in the care of their mother, her family and a nanny.

Sources say the couple intends on working things out with the help of counseling after the holidays, but it doesn't seem like Brooke's in any rush to get back home!
