EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS - Brooke Mueller At Court For Custody Hearing With Charlie Sheen

Brooke Mueller and ex Charlie Sheen are in court today to settle their custody issues involving sons Max and Bob.
X17online can exclusively report that Brooke arrived first to the courthouse.
Mueller has remained committed to her rehabilitation program, however she is sticking to her guns when it comes to drug tests.
According to various online reports, Charlie Sheen's ex is refusing to be tested unless Sheen is tested, as well. Reports also claim Mueller believes Sheen has been violating their agreement from day one by discussing their marriage and custody issues in public. Contrary to reports Mueller has been living a reckless lifestyle, sources close to the mother of two say she's been caring for the boys and providing a stable environment for them.
In court today, the judge will reportedly be addressing the drug testing situation in addition to custody issues.
UPDATE 8:30 AM: Charlie has arrived.
Charlie is expected to hit the stage in Washington, D.C. for his "My Violent Torpedo of Truth†comedy tour.
