Reports: Brooke Mueller Refuses To Submit To Drug Test

Brooke Mueller refused to submit to a drug test last night, according to various online reports.
As part of her divorce settlement with Charlie Sheen, Brooke is required to submit to three random drug tests a month, but declined to provide a urine sample when the testers came to her Hollywood home last night.
It's unclear how this will affect her custody or divorce agreement with Sheen.
Charlie is currently in Toronot with his Violent Torpedo of Truth tour. It's unclear what he'll do, if anything, about this situation.
