Brooke Mueller Leaves Rehab After Privacy Breach
After checking into The Canyon rehab clinic in Malibu two weeks ago, Charlie Sheens's wife Brooke Mueller has reportedly left following a privacy breach.
Apparently an employee released a confidential document to the press, which gave a detailed description of the reasons behind Brooke's admission to the facility.
Reps for The Canyon had no comment on the matter, and Brooke is currently looking to transfer to a new rehab location right away. Promises, perhaps?
