Brooke Mueller Moves Out Of Home She Shared With Charlie Sheen

After recent allegations that Charlie Sheen has been cheating on her with a lingerie model and a high-class call girl, Brooke Mueller has finally moved out of the house she shared with her husband of almost 2 years, and is taking their one-year-old sons, twins Bob and Max with her.
"Brooke had been determined to try and keep their marriage together, if for nothing else than the sake of their children — even after their terrible fight in Colorado last Christmas," a source close to Brooke tells Star.
But after everything they've been through, the fight, the assualt charges, the restraining order, the rehab, the idea that Charlie has been cheating on her while she's been out of town is just too much for Brooke, who finally said enough is enough.
"She has to focus on what's best for her from now on," the friend says. "She's begun the process of moving out of their home into a house she's picked out in the L.A. area. She's had her fill of Charlie's cheating and unpredictability." As for the rehab, She's still on the road to recovery as an outpatient — but she's decided that she'll make that journey without Charlie."
When contacted, Brooke simply stated, "I'm not going to comment, other than to say that I'm doing what I need to do to move forward with my life."
Charlie will have to answer to charges of assault, criminal mischief and menacing this July in Colorado, stemming from his Christmas day fight with his wife, who claimed that he threatened to kill her during their physical bout.
Charlie could spend up to three years in jail if convicted.
