EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS - After Denying Charlie Sheen's Custody Offer, Brooke Mueller Take The Boys To Dinner

Brooke Mueller took her boys Bob and Max for dinner at Johnny Rockets in Hollywood tonight after spending the afternoon at her attorney's office negotiating a custody agreement with ex-husband Charlie Sheen.
While the two couldn't come to terms on physical custody and visitation of the twins, Brooke was still in a good mood as she dined with her sons. She sang to them inside the restaurant, laughing and playing with them both throughout the meal.
Sheen and Mueller divorced last summer but the drama didn't end there ... Mueller filed a restraining order against the troubled actor on Tuesday and the former couple are set to appear in court on the 22nd to decide whether the order will be extended.
Mueller enlisted the help of authorities to collect the twins from Sheen's Mulholland Estates home Tuesday night when Charlie reportedly refused to relinquish them to their mother.
