Charlie Sheen's ex, wearing denim cut-offs, a leather jacket, a black hat and LOTS of turquoise accessories, cruised around Beverly Hills without a care in the world.

Brooke has been dating country musician Jaron Lowenstein for the past few months. Living a clean and sober life obviously has its perks!

Ever since she started dating country musician, Jaron Lowenstein, Brooke Mueller has been channeling her love of music through fashion!

The 34-year-old mother-of-two looked sexy in a Kiss tee, paired with tight black leather pants, a fedora hat, boots, piles of turquoise jewelry and a leather fringed bag while shopping in Beverly Hills, on Wednesday afternoon.

Mueller has been dating Lowenstein for several months, and it's her first serious relationship since her divorce to Charlie Sheen was finalized two years ago. Ironically, the Two and a Half Men star actually introduced new couple.

The pair met at one of Sheen's parties while she was still with her ex, they exchanged digits, and the rest is history!

Brooke Mueller seems to be maintaining her sobriety and is looking fabulous in the process.

Charlie Sheen's ex, who is currently dating country star Jason Lowenstein, rocked a grey blazer, black slacks, funky boots and a headband paired with several layers of long necklaces. Definitely a unique sense of style, but no doubt, she's workin' it!

As for her current beau, the twosome have been an item for the past two months. Just last week, the couple were seen getting hot and heavy at Sushi Ike in Hollywood. Seems as though they love PDA.

Miss Mueller looked hippie-chic in tan leather pants, a loose-fitting blouse, piles of turquoise jewelry and a pretty crystal headband, so it's a shame those shoes caused a minor slip-up.

The busy mom-of-two has been embracing the rugged look every since hooking up with her new country singing beau, and it was actually Sheen who introduced the pair while they were in the process of reconciling.

Later, the pair shared a romantic kiss -- they make such a beautiful couple!

She's just completed a two-month stay in a rehabilitation center, and Brooke Mueller looks happy, healthy and ready to make a fresh start!

Mueller entered rehab in May to seek treatment for substance abuse, but now the mother-of-two is focused on her sobriety, and also has a sober living companion that will be staying with her to ensure that she sticks to her healthy new plan.

Brooke even teared-up at the mention of ex Charlie Sheen's assistant, Rick Calamaro, who died this week. She calls it a "warning" for those with substance abuse issues ...

It's nice to hear that the ex-couple can still hang out together after divorcing in 2010, but this is just ridicules!

Despite the fact that Brooke Mueller is on probation for her drug arrest in Aspen, last December, the mother of two has relapsed and has checked back into rehab to treat her addiction to crack cocaine.

What's even more shocking, a four day bender with ex-hubby Charlie Sheen was to blame for sending the mother of the pair's three-year-old twins back to rehab.

According to reports, Brooke met up with her ex and partied for four days straight at his Mulholland Estate, which spiraled her back into relapse.

Mueller's rep Steve Honig confirmed that his client was seeking treatment, saying in a statement:

"As Brooke told the Court a couple of weeks ago, she will spend the rest of her life trying to stay sober, with every day being a struggle. As part of her ongoing treatment and as planned, she voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility several weeks ago. Brooke is doing well and is grateful she has a strong support system on which she can rely."

Because of checking herself back into rehab, she was unable to spend Mother's Day with sons Max and Bob, on May 13. Will Brooke be sent to jail for violating her probation?

That didn't stop the newly-rehabbed Brooke or her boys from enjoying a sunny afternoon in the park. The kids' school friends attended and everyone appeared to be having a blast. Mueller was the ultimate hands-on mom, carrying the boys around to all the play structures and taking them in the bounce house. Our photographer on the scene tells us: "Brooke looked so happy and the boys were in heaven. They seemed so glad to be with their mom and just running around being regular kids. And when the birthday cake came, they went wild!"

After checking out of a 3-month rehab program in February, Brook Mueller has been working hard on her recovery via an outpatient program, and it definitely shows! The 34-year-old looked happy and healthy as she ventured out in Westwood to pick up frozen yogurt for her twins, Max and Bob, on Tuesday afternoon.

The former Mrs. Charlie Sheen showed off a much healthier frame in a black T-shirt -- which read "Hell is so hot right now" -- paired with a leather jacket and jeans, and still rocking her newly cropped 'do.

Mueller has been focused on spending all of her time with the twins since returning home, and she's gearing up to celebrate their third birthday with daddy Sheen, on March 14.
